Check In - 3PM A few days before your stay, you will receive an welcome email with the code to the cabin door and other information about Cedar Cove. 

Check Out - 9AM Please be respectful of this time as our cleaning staff needs to get into the cabins quickly to get them ready for the next guest.  

 

Any exceptions to the following rules and regulations must be approved prior to your stay. 

 

Rules & Regulations: ​

• All room rates are subject to a 4.5% local room tax and 5.5% state sales tax.

• In the cabins, no fish cleaning, no charging boat batteries, and no smoking.

• There are shelves on the outside of the small storage shed by the large dock for battery charging. 

• There is a fish cleaning house available, clean up after yourself, dispose of all waste properly, be respectful.

• Do not take anything from one cabin to another cabin.

• The entire property is under the Cedar Lodge Condominium Association. The lodge and large garage are privately owned and are not part of Cedar Cove Cabins.

• The “peninsula” is for everyone’s use. Please treat others as you would want to be treated. Provide your own firewood, only burn wood in the fire pit and be sure the fire is under control and attended at all times, extinguish the fire completely before leaving the peninsula. Remember beer cans, glass containers, and other garbage does not burn properly. Bring all garbage back with you and discard of properly. 

• Winter season is a 3 night minimum. Summer is booked Saturday to Saturday only.

• The large pier is shared common property; please treat others as you would want to be treated. The “launching ramp” side of the pier is for the Lodge guests or owners only. The other side of the large pier is for Cedar Cove guests to use (Cabins #1, 2, and 3) with assigned numbered spots for boats. The small pier is for Cedar Cove guests to use, (Cabins #4 and 5) with assigned number spots for boats. Respect the assigned spots. If you have more than one boat, you will have to tie off your extra boats to the other boat at the assigned spots or beach your additional boats. There is an electrical outlet post available for charging batteries. You will need your own extension cords and adaptors. 

• If you break or damage anything or if something is not working properly, please be considerate and report it as soon as possible! Please give us an opportunity to repair or replace for your stay or the next guests’ stay.

• Garbage Container: do not block access to the large green garbage container at any time.

• Pet Policy is $100 per dog, per stay, with a limit of 2 dogs (no other pets). Must be preapproved. The fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, and you must clean up after your dog. We reserve the right to decline future reservations if these rules are not followed. 

• Boats can be launched free of charge at Donner's Bay Resort. 

• We just installed new smart TVs in each cabin and have a subscription to Hulu Live for our guests. The remotes are all programmed and ready to go.
