Policies, Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT

A 25% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposits can be made with check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex.  Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to pay by check. Credit Card charges will incur a 2.9% charge.  We will confirm your guaranteed reservation via e-mail. 

BALANCE DUE

Your balance is due 30 days before the first day of your stay.  Reservations made within 30 days of your stay must be paid in full at the time of booking. Balance can be paid by Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex.  Credit card charges will incur a 2.9% charge.  Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to pay by check. Cabins left dirty will be charged $50 an hour for extra cleaning. All room rates are subject to 4.5% local room tax and 5.5% state sales tax.

CHECK IN
&
CHECK OUT

Check-In time: 3 p.m. or later.
A day or so before your stay, you will receive an email with the code for the front door.

Check-Out time: 9 a.m. or earlier. When checking out, please leave the cabin in the condition you found it.

CANCELATION

To receive a deposit refund, we require at least a 30 day cancellation notice. Other than our Trails Open Guarantee, bookings are non refundable within 30 days of your stay unless we are able to get the cabin rebooked.  All refunds will be made by check or refunded to your credit card on file.

TRAILS
OPEN GUARANTEE

When you think winter at Cedar Cove, we want you to think about great trails! That’s why we offer a trails open guarantee during the winter season. If the trails near Cedar Cove are closed or are marked in poor condition by our local snowmobile club at the time of your booking, we will allow cancellations up until the day of your stay with a FULL refund (minus the 2.9% credit card fee) of any payments made to reserve your stay. We have some of the best conditions and trails in all of Wisconsin, but if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate with your plans to stay and ride with us, just contact us by phone or email to arrange your cancellation and refund!

Outdoors:

  • picnic tablecloths

  • charcoal, lighter fluid, & lighter

  • citronella candles

  • mosquito repellent

  • beach towels

  • beach toys

  • lawn games

  • fishing equipment and bait

  • boating accessories

  • extension cords

Bathrooms:

  • linens - facecloths and body towels

  • blow dryer, curling iron, etc

  • all personal toiletry items

NO SMOKING OR FIREWORKS

Smoking is not allowed in our cabins. 

Fireworks are also prohibited on Cedar Cove grounds.
